Job Description:We are seeking a results-driven and experiencedBusiness Development Expertwith a proven track record in bidding on platforms such asUpwork,Fiverr,and Freelancer, and demonstrated proficiency inemail marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least2+ years of experiencein sales or business development, a flair for crafting compelling proposals, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving measurable sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and bid on suitable projects across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar freelancing marketplaces.
- Craft persuasive and customized proposals to secure client projects effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Design and implement targetedemail marketing campaignsto generate leads and engage prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- A minimum of2+ years of experiencein sales, bidding, or business development roles.
- Expertise in using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Hands-on experience withemail marketing toolsand strategies to drive client acquisition.
- Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skillswith the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and create tailored solutions.
- Excellentnegotiation and interpersonal skillsto close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
