Job Title: Business Development Executive – Sales Expert (Telecommunication Sales)

Location: Plot No. 155, L Block, Johar Town, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 (based on experience & skills) + High Commission Per Sale

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to engage potential customers
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored telecom solutions
  • Present products/services in a persuasive, confident manner
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
  • Maintain clear and accurate records using CRM tools
Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in cold calling or outbound BPO sales (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates with excellent English communication and confidence are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-focused, and a great team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
