Role Overview

Brainyte is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our people operations and foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. As a core part of our leadership team, you will drive key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy development. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and is passionate about enabling teams to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from workforce planning to onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • Design and implement training and development initiatives to upskill staff and support career growth.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with local labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with Brainyte's values.
  • Oversee performance management systems, feedback cycles, and employee recognition programs.
  • Champion company culture, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR management role, ideally within the software or tech industry.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and training program design.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR policy frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or certifications like SHRM/PHR are a plus).
