Position: Senior Technical Account Manager

Experience: 5–6 years in software and services sales (enterprise and corporate clients only)

Education: BBA / MBA (IT preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Senior Technical Account Manager to drive and manage relationships with enterprise customers. This role blends strategic sales and technical pre-sales responsibilities, supporting both business development and technical solutioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive software and services sales to corporate and enterprise clients (no online/LinkedIn sales).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams and middle management.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demos tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare technical proposals and documentation in collaboration with pre-sales engineers.
  • Follow up on technical discussions and guide customers throughout the technical evaluation and procurement process.
  • Maintain and update demo repositories and technical sales collateral.
  • Manage licensing discussions, with a plus for familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, or IBM licensing.
  • Preferred experience in working with telecoms and banks.
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in enterprise software/services sales and account management.
  • Strong presentation, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and work with pre-sales teams to deliver solutions.
  • SAP/financial expertise is not a priority.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Understanding of licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM) is a plus.
  • Exposure to telecom and banking sectors preferred.
