On this journey, you will report to "Regional Manager, Account Management".

Job Description
  • Drive incremental orders, ensure retention, exclusivity, and build stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B Vendors, focusing on a 360-degree service approach to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance vendor experience.
  • Train restaurant staff, collaborate with operations and owners to improve menu displays, share reports, and work with the marketing team to create promotions and optimize performance.
  • Identify and implement new value-added initiatives, proactively find solutions, and establish exclusive partnerships with key accounts, targeting monthly growth as a main KPI.
  • Ensure DL Photography of Top Key Accounts.
  • Manage deal acquisitions for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance regularly.
  • Reduce issue and fail rates.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, and manage risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Support teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintain visibility and report progress to management.
  • Perform additional tasks/projects as required.
Qualifications
  • 1.5 years of directorship experience in account management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presentations and business reviews.
  • Knowledge of food industry and operational costing.
