EV Training Manager

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a "Training Manager" in their Customer First Department.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive or equivalent)
- Certifications in Electric Vehicles (such as EV Certification, Safety Standards) are highly preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on EV, PHEV, and ICE systems, including charging infrastructure, battery technology, and maintenance.
- Certify internal and external personnel such as technicians, sales staff, and customer service representatives.
- Develop technical content such as manuals, training guides, and e-learning modules.
- Organize hands-on workshops and simulations to provide practical experience with EV components like motors, inverters, and BMS.
- Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Keep training content current by tracking industry trends, new technologies, and regulations.
- Deliver classroom and practical training with excellent communication and instructional design abilities.
- Simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
