Software Development Leadership Role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled senior software development professional to lead its software development initiatives in the Banking Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective development strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational growth.
  2. Define and oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to drive efficient software development processes.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development, including security vulnerabilities and compliance risks.
  4. Establish and monitor quality benchmarks for software development, ensuring deliverables meet industry best practices.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of software development initiatives.
  6. Assess emerging technologies and trends, making informed decisions about their adoption and integration into the development process.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within software development, with a strong track record of aligning development strategies with business goals.
  2. Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
  3. Strong understanding of risk management in software development, including security vulnerabilities and compliance risks.
Experience and Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 15 years in software development and 7 years in a leadership role.
  2. Experience in overseeing the implementation of Agile practices and methodologies.
  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  5. Certifications in Agile methodologies are a plus.
