The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services, which shall be implemented by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

The consulting services ("the Services") include professional expertise of SIEM, Log Engineering and Security Rules Development Expert at a monthly lump sum remuneration. NADRA intends to hire services of an expert who can assist the project management in the relevant field. The consultant will provide required services maintaining the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards. The services of the individual consultant shall be initially hired for a period of one year, extendable depending upon the requirement of the project and performance of the consultant.

NADRA invites eligible candidates ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services as SIEM, Log Engineering and Security Rules Development Expert in the Digital Economy Enhancement Project. Interested Candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the expected Services. The short-listing criteria are:

  1. Bachelors in Computer Science / Information Security or related field.
  2. At least 07 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in SIEM engineering, log management, SIEM integrations, observability engineering, security rules development, SOC operations, application performance/availability monitoring or similar endeavours.
  3. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certifications.
  4. Good knowledge of industry best practices for logging and security events monitoring.
  5. Good knowledge of SOC operations, threat hunting and application/API threats.

The selected candidates will be required to present their original documents at the time of the interview. Submission of any false information will lead to immediate disqualification of the candidate at any stage of the hiring process.
