We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams, drive business growth, and develop effective strategies to expand market reach at CorTechSols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and key partnerships.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for management.
  5. Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  3. Develop brand positioning and awareness strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
  4. Oversee content creation, social media strategies, and promotional activities.
  5. Coordinate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  6. Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
  7. Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
