Job Overview:Brisk Dev Software House is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, presenting our software services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role includes a competitive salary package plus high commissions on successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
- Promote and sell Brisk Dev's software solutions and IT services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively pitch to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sales.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably outdoor/field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with traveling to different client locations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
- Familiarity with software/IT services is a plus.
- 0-3 Months of Experience.
- Must be available for the shift timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
