- Liaison with all stakeholders & Optimizing training processes for efficiency
- Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Developing and delivering training sessions for SBDM and upper-tier
- Ensure the exhibition of organizational values & integrity
- Deliver training through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
- Create, update, and refine training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Recommend and implement new training techniques or tools to improve program outcomes.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional skills w.r.t Strategic Planning, Analytical Insights, Process Improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools / MS Office Suite
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Must have experience of 1-2 years in the training and development department.
