We are looking for a motivatedBusiness Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base. This role will focus on generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for our web design services. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings, and ensuring our web design solutions meet the needs of our clients.
As aBusiness Development Manager , your key responsibility will be to identify and target businesses that would benefit from our web design services, fostering relationships that lead to conversions, and supporting our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and prospect potential clients through online research, cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategies for lead acquisition and customer acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with new clients and partners, ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
- Sales Presentations : Present our services effectively to potential clients, showcasing our portfolio and how our web design solutions can solve their challenges.
- Market Research : Stay updated on the latest trends in web design and digital marketing to anticipate client needs and offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Sales Reporting : Track leads, conversions, and sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights.
Requirements :
- 3 years of Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the web design or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of web design services and the digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals is a plus.
