Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our medical support team. The primary role of the CSR is to communicate with doctors' offices to obtain required medical documents and ensure timely follow-ups.

If a doctor is not cooperative or does not understand the requirement, the CSR must be confident and skilled enough to clearly guide the patient instead—advising them to contact their doctor directly and request the necessary documentation on our behalf.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly explain the documentation requirements to healthcare providers.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive tone during conversations.
  • In case of non-cooperation from the doctor, confidently communicate with the patient to explain the situation and guide them to follow up with their doctor.
  • Accurately document call details and update internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in customer support or the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
  • Good computer and data entry skills.
  • Availability to work in Night shift - 6PM - 3AM [Mon - Fri] - Location - Shershah Block, behind Barkat Market Kalma Chowk, Lahore
