About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using customer support tools.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.
Tech Requirements

You will also need:

  • A personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
