IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Serve as a strategic engine behind Ufone's wireless segment. From designing long-term revenue plans to performing deep-dive analysis and forecasting, this role is pivotal in aligning commercial performance with the company's overarching growth vision. You will collaborate across departments to assess KPIs, propose pricing and product strategies, and shape investment decisions based on real-time commercial intelligence.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop Annual and Long-Term Business Forecasts to guide strategic planning and budget formulation.
  • Track Key Telecom KPIs including ARPU, churn, and subscriber growth using scenario modeling and gap analysis.
  • Analyze Segment & Product Performance to provide actionable insights for profitability enhancement.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration by aligning Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance around commercial initiatives.
  • Create Executive-Level Dashboards and performance reports to support senior leadership with data-driven decisions.
  • Support Strategic Business Cases for new product launches, partnerships, and pricing models with financial feasibility.
  • Champion Process Improvements that optimize commercial planning and pricing operations across functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years in strategic commercial planning, analytics, or financial performance management.
