Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Education: BSC/B.E/BA/MBA

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead sector and client business and marketing plans.
  • Adjudicate the inclusion of new opportunities in the Win Work pipeline.
  • Analyze the customer base to establish a common approach to retention.
  • Enhance regional and operational staff business development capabilities and work with them to achieve their winning work target.
  • Working with the research team, develop and manage an up-to-date understanding of the macroeconomic environment over the agreed plan period, using the information to consider the implications for existing and new sectors.
  • Develop an understanding of relevant sectors and how they are likely to respond. Undertake key research to understand the business and project drivers of sectors, clients, and potential opportunities.
  • Lead client relationships and ensure a robust client relationship management strategy.
  • Organize and represent at key networking events to raise the company's profile.
  • Log all client complaints/appeals in the Register and ensure that all complaints/appeals are satisfactorily managed, resolved, and closed within agreed timescales.
  • Keep company and client information confidential and disclose only to those authorized to deal with the confidential information.
  • Perform all jobs impartially and without any influence of others on reporting and decision making.
  • Comply with all company policies, including secrecy, anti-corruption, confidentiality, impartiality, and QHSE quality.
  • Any other job responsibilities assigned by the operations manager.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
  • BSC/B.E/BA/MBA.
  • 7 years of experience in commercial management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Special skills: Able to establish a professional relationship with clients.
