The ideal candidate will have a degree in business and/or supply chain management, with 4-5 years of relevant experience. They should possess expertise in customer service, supply chain, sales, controlling, and team management.

Fostering a customer-focused culture is essential. The incumbent will provide on-the-job coaching to team members in matters related to OTC process efficiency. This includes developing individual training plans for the team based on current and future development requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing the employee development process, including target agreements, performance reviews, and career development plans. Involvement in the recruitment and talent management of CSOs to retain and develop staff with potential is also required.

Requirements
  • Graduation in business and/or supply chain management.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in customer service, supply chain, sales, controlling, and team management.
  • Experience in on-the-job coaching, employee development, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Knowledge of SAP and OTC/business processes preferred.
  • Good understanding of products/services of relevant business segments.
