About Us:

Rehab Accomplished Inc is a growing provider of home health and rehabilitation services across the United States. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Marketing Communications & Client Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our outreach, strengthen our brand, and expand our client base—especially targeting therapists and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive 200+ calls daily to promote services, educate potential clients (therapists, Home Health Agencies), and build lasting relationships.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources.
  • Maintain a detailed log of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging daily/weekly posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Promote brand awareness and highlight therapy success stories, patient testimonials, and service offerings.
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy to maximize visibility and interaction.
  • Email Campaigns & Marketing Automation:
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns for therapists, Home Health Agencies, and referral sources.
  • Monitor open and response rates and optimize content and timing for maximum impact.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Generate qualified leads by using various digital and offline channels, including email, cold calling, social media outreach, and referrals.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline with regular touchpoints and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with the intake/admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and therapists.
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and monthly promotional strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in home health marketing.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, or customer outreach—preferably in healthcare or home health settings.
  • Proven track record of high-volume calling and client acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Basic salary 70K per month and uncapped Commissions
