The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the business towards achieving key financial and business objectives for his designated area. They will be directly responsible for compliance at distributor level, delivery of primary & secondary sales objectives, including growing market share and driving top and bottom line growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted primary & secondary volume, market share, and distribution objectives.
  2. Assist distributors in managing their Primary Loads, coordinating from order generation to dispatch.
  3. Manage and develop the sales team.
  4. Implement plans to improve cold availability of SKUs to increase secondary sales.
  5. Supervise trade channel execution to meet commercial and SFE objectives.
  6. Manage assets such as coolers, signage, and activation materials to ensure proper utilization.
  7. Monitor stock transactions and ensure they align with planning and forecasting.
  8. Ensure profitable sales through monitoring discounts, trade promotions, margins, and profitability metrics.
  9. Develop and implement distributor annual business plans, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  10. Manage distribution through VOYAGE compliance, overseeing sales operations, order cycle, inventory, and stock coverage.
  11. Conduct daily market visits to supervise operations, build trade relationships, and coach the team.
  12. Gather market intelligence on share, trends, competition, and take timely actions to drive results.
Candidate Education

☒ Master's Degree (Preference for candidates with relevant sales experience).
