Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, located in Multan with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team members, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement company policies. Responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing data, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications
  • Management and leadership skills, including experience in team supervision
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
