Apex Sharp Technologies is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our growing team. As a BDO, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving growth across various sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and untapped industries for business development.
  • Lead Generation: Implement targeted lead generation strategies through digital channels, networking events, and industry-specific outreach, ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Upwork Bidding: Proactively bid on relevant software development projects on Upwork, crafting tailored proposals that highlight our expertise and demonstrate the value we can bring to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, project delivery, and post-project support. Track and optimize bid strategies to ensure high win rates and build a strong portfolio on Upwork.
  • LinkedIn Networking: Leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers; share thought leadership content to position the company as a trusted authority in the software development space; engage with relevant groups and communities to increase visibility and foster new business opportunities.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential clients and industry peers; develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to generate mutual business opportunities; establish referral programs and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive new business.
  • Content Marketing: Create and distribute valuable content such as blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers to educate potential clients on the benefits of our software solutions; optimize content for search engines (SEO) to attract inbound leads; develop tutorials, guides, and webinars that address common pain points in software development and demonstrate how our solutions solve them.
