We're looking for a Google & Meta Ads Assistant who's hungry to learn, quick with optimization, and obsessed with results. You'll assist in managing high-impact advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms to drive performance, ROI, and revenue.

This is a fast-paced role designed for someone who knows the fundamentals and is ready to scale their expertise in paid media — with mentorship and room for growth.

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget pacing.
• Monitor daily ad performance and recommend adjustments for better ROI.
• Compile campaign reports and analyze results using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Research ad trends, competitor strategies, and industry updates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Maintain proper documentation of campaign setups, experiments, and learnings.

• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel/tag setups, and basic analytics.
• Comfort using Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience in eCommerce or lead-gen campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Tag Manager, or Zapier.
• Creative mindset for crafting compelling ad copy and angles.
