Minimum Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to draft proposals/quotations.
  • Experience in online bidding and selling services.
  • A positive attitude and goal-oriented direction.
  • Ability to manage the company profile on these forums and maintain ratings.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with clients.
  • Ability to work under monthly revenue targets.

Job Specification
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with international clients (mainly US and European).
  • Generate leads through Upwork and Freelancer.
  • New business acquisition, handling the complete sales life cycle.
  • Develop and sustain effective business relationships with clients to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
  • Responsible for lead qualification, proposal drafting, final selection, due diligence, and closing.
  • Market research for selling IT services and solutions in different domains.
  • Assist in proposal and presentation preparation.
