Job Title: Head Hunter

Schedule: Full time

Work Location: I-10/3 Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and Hardcore Head Hunter to oversee daily local & International HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Talent acquisition internationally as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source candidates through extensive networking, online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for both local and international markets.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial candidate contact through to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong track record in both local and international talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and talent mapping.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
