We are now investing heavily in digital performance marketing to scale lead generation, student conversion, and brand visibility — and we're looking for a highly analytical, creative, and proactive Meta & LinkedIn Ads Expert to lead that transformation.

Position Overview

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on high-performance digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and secondary channels like TikTok and Google Ads. Your work will directly impact student lead generation, counselor pipelines, and the company's marketing ROI.

This is a results-driven, hands-on role — ideal for someone who knows the ins and outs of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and how to convert strategy into real performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , LinkedIn , and secondary channels including TikTok and Google Ads

Target and retarget leads by country, course, and university using precision audience segmentation

Set up and manage Pixel tracking , UTM parameters , and integrate with internal CRM systems

Analyze campaign performance weekly using Excel or Google Sheets — focusing on CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates

A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages for ongoing optimization

Write and adapt engaging ad copy across platforms with platform-specific tone and format

Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Digital Strategy lead to align creative and strategic goals

Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

Stay updated on platform trends, compliance policies, and best practices — especially within education marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within education, services, or niche targeting

Proven results in running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn

Working knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager

Hands-on experience with UTM tagging , Pixel/Event setup , and CRM integration

Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Strong command of English — written and verbal

Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills

Strong creative sense and copywriting instincts for paid ad formats

Highly proactive, data-oriented, and capable of working independently with accountability

Nice to Have

Experience working with lead-gen for student recruitment or service-based industries

Familiarity with compliance practices around data privacy and ad policy

Understanding of tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar for conversion funnel analysis
