Hotel Operations Director

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue-maximizing strategies, including effective pricing and yield management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing plans to attract new business.
- Oversee hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring efficient operation.
- Implement operational policies and procedures, driving cost control and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance against key indicators, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- Foster high guest satisfaction and loyalty through prompt issue resolution and personalized service.
- Prepare financial reports and present to senior management, building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring guest and employee safety and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in hotel management, with strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, with in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
