Role Description
We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our B2B outreach efforts remotely. This role is key to unlocking new demand channels by establishing and managing partnerships with corporates, relocation agencies, travel management companies, and government contractors. In addition to traditional outreach, the candidate will be responsible for building a scalable and partially automated corporate sales pipeline to ensure consistent, qualified lead generation and follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue corporate clients, relocation agencies, and travel partners with ongoing accommodation needs at Livedin KSA.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (HR, procurement, travel teams) and act as the main point of contact for on-boarding and account servicing.
- Develop and automate the corporate sales pipeline using CRM tools, outbound prospecting software, and email automation platforms.
- Standardize and automate outreach templates, follow-up cadences, and proposal generation for scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on inventory availability and pricing.
- Negotiate corporate rates, sign long-stay agreements, and identify upsell opportunities within accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all prospects, leads, conversations, and outcomes.
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize lead conversion strategies.
Your Expertise
- Experience of 4–7 years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience—ideally in hospitality, travel, or real estate.
- Familiarity with lead generation, outbound email tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to design and implement scalable outreach systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
