Role Summary

We're looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Final Expense Campaign Agents. In this role, you'll engage with clients, present insurance solutions, and contribute to our sales growth. Success in this position means meeting performance targets, maintaining high client satisfaction, and consistently being punctual and professional.

This role plays a key part in supporting our mission to provide trusted insurance services while creating strong, long-term client relationships. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment with plenty of growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to U.S.-based clients for final expense insurance plans
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs through effective communication
  • Explain insurance products clearly and persuasively
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales when appropriate
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-up information
  • Collaborate with team leads for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Final Expense or relevant campaign preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must speak and understand basic English fluently
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred but not mandatory)
