Role Overview:
Join our sales team as a B2B Sales Advisor where you'll engage with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell Get Licensed courses. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to chat and email inquiries, and assist customers with tailored solutions. With a focus on maintaining accurate sales records and identifying trends to boost conversions, this role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Get Licensed courses to inbound and outbound customers, answering leads from calls, replying to prospects through the intercom (chat forum); calling and selling to prospective customers through our outbound activity campaigns.
- Respond to instant chat queries and customer emails, answering questions and providing product information.
- Make outbound sales calls to existing customers to sell upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of sales efforts and sales figures.
- Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager and provide clear visibility of daily sales made and highlight any issues or concerns.
- Take ownership of all calls and sales tickets, following through to sale.
- Identify sales trends and determine process improvements to improve sales conversion.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Sound written and verbal English.
- Experience in tele-sales is preferred.
- Polite, enthusiastic and warm telephone manner.
- Great communication skills and a professional manner.
- Effective listening skills.

- Flexibility, able to embrace change, good at multitasking.

KPIs:
Below are the metrics which the Sales Agent will be measured against:
- Sales versus targets - minimum £5k sales per week.
- Inbound conversion rate - minimum of 50%.
