We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service process, resolving customer complaints, creating policies and procedures, planning training and standardization of service delivery, conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to staff.
Responsibilities:- Lead the customer service team in delivering exceptional support to clients.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Create training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Conduct regular quality assurance surveys to measure customer satisfaction.
- Possess excellent product knowledge to provide superior support to clients.
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
