Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of backend development, with a strong understanding of the entire web development process from design to deployment.

The successful candidate will have experience across multiple programming languages such as Java, Nodejs, PHP, and Python, and a good understanding of frontend and mobile technologies such as React and React Native.

  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Rust.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more of the following
    • Java (Spring Boot)
    • Node.js / Express
    • .Net /.Net core
  • Deep understanding of systems-level concepts, async programming, memory safety, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with front-end and mobile languages (e.g., React, React Native, Tailwind CSS).
  • Experience building microservices or RESTful API.
  • Tech stack & Tools:
    • Rust (Actix, Axum, Rocket, Tokio)
    • SQLx, SeaORM, Serde, Clap, Reqwest
  • Experience with Git, containerization, and CICD pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform and its services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
  • Familiar with SQL/NoSQL database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with database optimization.
  • Superb problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS/BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, perceptiveness, and patience.
  • Independence, accountability for assigned tasks, and effective time management.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
