Job Summary

This role involves deploying and managing computer systems, infrastructure, and software to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deploying operating systems and upgrading systems for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
  • Administering infrastructure including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes.
  • Reviewing application logs, installing and testing computer-related equipment, user administration, system maintenance, providing incident notification and management of issues.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to determine and document root cause of issues.
  • Managing user accounts, services, and printers.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in relevant fields.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and judgment.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial machines.
  • Proper IT asset management and local support.
