About the Role

">

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and user-friendly products that meet our customers' needs.

">

Your primary responsibility will be to advocate for the customer experience (CX), ensuring that every interaction is seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable.

">

You will obsess over customer pain points, continually pushing to make the CX more useful, accessible, and enjoyable. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.

">

To deliver high-quality designs, you will set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research, create concepts and wireframes, and develop prototypes through testing, experimentation, and development.

">

You will also present and defend your product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, following an existing design system while having the latitude to push it further.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Advocate for customer experience (CX) and ensure every interaction is seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable.

">

• Obess over customer pain points and continually push to make the CX more useful, accessible, and enjoyable.

">

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.

">

• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.

">

• Create concepts, wireframes, and prototypes through testing, experimentation, and development.

">

• Present and defend product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

">

Requirements:

">

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software.

">

• A design degree in VCD, UX, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, or CS focusing on HCI or relevant experience.

">

• Familiarity with UX research and ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

">

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.

">

• Excellent eye for visual design and ability to help fellow designers.

">

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.

">

• Versatile portfolio showcasing deep interaction and visual design skills.

">

• Passion for design and creative problem-solving skills.

">

• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

">
