Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

About the Role

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations, applying this knowledge to improve financial processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
