The company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing business priorities and executive communications.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange the CEO's schedule and calendar of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management and task prioritization.
- Write, proofread emails, presentations, and official documents to maintain professional standards and accuracy in all communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact among the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating effective communication at the right time.
- Represent the CEO in videoconferences and online meetings, requiring professionalism in front of the camera.
- Contribute to planning and streamlining operations and priorities, as well as executive decision-making and productivity enhancement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Remain calm and composed during challenging situations or pressure, finding solutions to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Organize company events, executive meetings, track action items, and deliverables within the designated timeframe.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in executive assistance or related administrative roles, preferably in corporate or IT environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction within the organization at any level.
- Outstanding organizational skills to work efficiently, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-traffic setting.
- Confidence in videoconferences and online meetings, representing the CEO and the company.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly and with trustworthiness.
- A proactive problem solver who identifies challenges and offers solutions, particularly in stressful situations.
- Experience in establishing rapport and building trustful relationships with clients, managing them effectively and politely.
- Flexibility to attend meetings or company events if occasionally scheduled on weekends.
