About the Role:

The Support Point is hiring a results-driven Outbound Calling Lead Generator to join our in-office sales team in Lahore. If you're persuasive on the phone, goal-oriented, and eager to grow your career in a professional environment — we want to hear from you

This is a great opportunity to work with international clients, earn a solid base salary, and boost your income through an attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (US Region)
  • Introduce and explain our services to decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain lead details and call outcomes in CRM tools
  • Consistently meet daily and monthly call/lead targets
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (BPO or call center preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)
  • Must be available for night shift (US hours)
  • Lahore-based candidates only (in-office role)
