We are seeking a highly motivated Bidding Specialist with sales and business development experience to lead our bid-winning strategies.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successfully bidding on projects, and the ability to identify and secure opportunities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Actively search and identify project opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and social media platforms to drive growth.
- Prepare and submit well-crafted project proposals/bids that effectively highlight our strengths and capabilities.
- Engage in regular communication with potential clients to understand their project requirements, answer queries, and negotiate terms.
- Conduct thorough research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Maintain a record of bid submissions, responses, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Continuously monitor project boards, job postings, and social media platforms to identify potential leads and bidding opportunities.
- Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with clients, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Expertise in custom proposal creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
