IT Leader Job

The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex server infrastructures. The right individual will have a strong background in systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain physical and virtual servers to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor server resources, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server configuration to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and enforce robust security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of server administrators and engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of server configurations and operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to understand and meet IT requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration and management.
  • Strong background in Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
