Lead Generation Specialist

Our mission is to find new business opportunities and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by making phone calls to potential customers, using data lists provided.
  • Build relationships with customers and qualify leads by gathering information about their needs and interests.
  • Schedule appointments between our sales team and customers' decision makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer queries, and provide additional information as needed.
Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the sales industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads, present information persuasively, and establish credibility.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and limited resources.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage and prioritise leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
