What We're Looking For: We're seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to lead sales and business development in Lahore. You'll be our first on-the-ground representative—independently identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building relationships across industries such as schools, colleges, construction, logistics, manufacturing, and transport.
Important: You'll primarily engage with owners, CEOs, and senior decision-makers, as the platform offers them full visibility and control over fleet spending and performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the Lahore market—generate and convert leads across sectors
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and fleet managers
- Actively pitch, demo, and close customers (this is not a desk job)
- Understand customer needs and tailor the Connectia solution accordingly
- Report directly to the founders and collaborate on go-to-market strategies and growth
- Push aggressively toward monthly targets and growth milestones
What You Bring:
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong local network and understanding of Lahore's business ecosystem
- High ownership mindset—you'll be building the market from scratch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Experience in vehicle tracking, vehicle insurance, transportation, logistics, or mobility is a plus
- Hungry for results, resilient to rejection, and impact-driven
