Effective financial leadership is crucial in driving the success of our organization.

This role involves establishing internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation, as well as managing the accounting team responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance and relevant experience with software skills such as Microsoft Office and SAP.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing and maintaining effective internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
  2. Managing the accounting team and providing guidance on financial reporting, billing, collections, and payroll
  3. Preparing monthly financial reports and financial forecasts to inform business decisions
  4. Overseeing the production of periodic financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  5. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and coordinating with external auditors
  6. Providing financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
  7. Performing other related duties as assigned
