Senior Manager Finance Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Finance to lead our financial activities.

  1. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire financial operation, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
  2. A strong controller with excellent analytical skills is required to ensure hospital budgets are under control and actual expenditures are monitored.
  3. This role requires someone with robust internal control mechanisms to ensure efficiency in all financial processes.
  4. The successful candidate will develop and administer annual budgeting and planning processes, reviewing all financial plans and their results. They will prepare reports suggesting corrective measures accordingly.
  5. The Senior Manager Finance will analyze financial performance against approved annual budgets and present accurate and timely financial reports. They will monitor budget consumption and changes, keeping senior leadership informed of the budget status.
  6. This role involves managing organizational cash flow forecasting and feasibility by working in partnership with Hospital Heads.
  7. The Senior Manager Finance will lead the payable section, ensuring timely payments in accordance with organization SOPs and taxation laws.
  8. They will prepare aging analysis of payables and advances, managing timely settlement.
  9. The successful candidate must ensure timely submission of withholding tax statements as per FBR timelines and clearing of tax ledgers monthly.
  10. This role prioritizes timely and efficient support to patients, doctors, and administration at all sites through site finance offices.
  11. The Senior Manager Finance will ensure SAP S4 – HANA finance module (FICO, FM) functions properly according to defined SOPs.
  12. They will lead the automation of financial and operational data/information of hospitals.
  13. The Senior Manager Finance will prepare and monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports of the hospitals.
