Business Development Manager I Forex I Pakistan Market

Duhani Capital is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform in the dynamic Pakistan market.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
  • Drive the expansion of our trading platform's footprint within Pakistan through strategic initiatives.
  • Nurture relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB) to foster growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted business growth strategies to increase market share.
Client Retention:
  • Design and implement robust client retention strategies to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage and support clients to maintain a strong client base.
Marketing Strategies:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Pakistan market.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Forex & CFDs industry with a proven track record.
  • Existing client and IB list are essential.
  • Deep understanding of the Pakistan financial markets.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Urdu.
