Senior HR Business Partner

  • Drive the development and implementation of best-in-class HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
  • Lead strategic talent acquisition & workforce planning to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business needs and proactively plan for workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
    • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people management.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Lead the recruitment process, creating a strong talent pipeline through external partnerships and internal referrals.
    • Design and implement robust employee development programs, fostering growth, enhancing skills, and nurturing career advancement.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience:
    • Implement engagement strategies to promote a positive workplace culture, improving employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Spearhead training initiatives and workshops to help employees reach their full potential and drive company performance.
  • Performance Management & Leadership Development:
    • Develop and oversee a performance management system that encourages a high-performance culture.
    • Guide leadership on effective performance management, feedback, and identifying high-potential employees for leadership development.
  • Compensation, Benefits, & Employee Wellness:
    • Create competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent while maintaining internal equity.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with employee needs and industry standards.
  • Legal Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Address and manage employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring a fair and respectful working environment.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives, employee engagement, and turnover, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports to leadership on key HR metrics, insights, and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
