Job Title: Assistant Manager Recruitment

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and the ability to effectively manage the hiring process.

  • This role involves creating job descriptions, posting ads on various channels, and identifying candidates.
  • The successful candidate will also assist with the recruitment process by issuing employment contracts and managing payroll.
  • Additionally, they will ensure that background and reference checks are completed, maintain digital records of employees, and perform orientations.
  • This position requires a high level of organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
  • Strong HR administration and people management skills.
  • A full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Payroll of the organization.
  • Ensure background and reference checks are completed.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Ensure that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to queries internally and externally on hiring.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
