Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Askari Corporate Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore

Salary: 100,000 PKR – 130,000 PKR per month depending on experience

Hours: 40hrs, Mon to Fri (10:00AM to 7:00PM)

Tenure: Permanent

About the role

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will have an impact on supporting an efficient and engaging recruitment process across Giant. Therefore, you will be assisting in sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and tracking recruitment activity to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The desired outcome of this will be a seamless recruitment process that supports our hiring goals, strengthens candidate engagement, and contributes to Giant's vision of hiring the right people.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Assist with posting job ads across various online platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant data.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support recruitment events and internal hirings.
  • Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates for the Recruitment Specialist.

Your ideal experience & competencies:

Ideally you would have a bachelor's degree in business or related studies and 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • You can only excel in this role if you have excellent English (both verbal and written), are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee, and Indeed.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word for scheduling and reporting.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Some exposure to head hunting or proactive candidate sourcing is a plus.
