Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across multiple sites. This includes ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing QHSE policies and systems, conducting regular inspections and audits, and leading risk assessments and investigations. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor and report on QHSE performance, provide leadership and training, and ensure emergency response planning.

Strong knowledge of local and international QHSE regulations and standards is essential, as well as proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple sites. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international certification in QHSE management.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in QHSE management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within logistics or industrial settings.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective QHSE strategies and achieving results-driven outcomes.
