Improve Production Efficiency

We seek a diligent team member who can optimize workflows and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate job cards across all stages of production – from start to finish
  • Keep live updates of production flow on dashboards and summary logs
  • Support shift leads and operators in meeting daily targets through clear communication and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the production manager in floor planning, shift documentation, and process alignment
  • Identify inefficiencies or delays – and suggest improvements instead of waiting to be asked
  • Work with quality control, planning, and other teams to maintain smooth workflows and realistic timelines
  • Ensure clear handovers between shifts and maintain organized records
  • Contribute to developing more efficient systems – not just solving immediate issues
Requirements
  • A detail-oriented individual who can observe and contribute to improving processes
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets or Excel
  • Willing to spend time on the production floor, not just behind a desk
  • A problem-solver who speaks up and thinks ahead
  • No specific degree or prior factory experience required – but curiosity, clarity, and commitment are essential
