Responsibilities
  • Packaging, sealing, and labeling of instrument packs and trays
  • Maintaining records of sterilization procedures and monitoring quality control tests
  • Operating and maintaining washing machines, dryers, sterilizers, and other machinery used in the department
  • Assisting with routine quality control tests and reporting any issues to supervisors
  • Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and ordering replenishments as needed
