Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Specialist role is a vital part of the HR department, responsible for the full recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing candidates, initial screening, checking references, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs.
As a key member of the team, you will regularly provide guidance and assistance to job applicants and HR departments in navigating the Company's web-based job application and selection process.
- You will identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs, and referrals; communicate and coordinate recruitment advertising.
The Recruitment Specialist will also interface with HR departments and external community groups and organizations to promote and support the Company's overall recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and marketing Organization Staff Recruitment Services programs and initiatives to include diversity outreach, performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, and maintaining attendance logs for employees.
Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will be fully involved in hiring documentation and fingerprint process, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
